Meeting you exactly where you are, I walk alongside you, fostering a sense of safety as we explore challenging emotions and experiences. While I gently encourage exploration of sensitive areas, I never push beyond your readiness. However, I'm also direct, interactive, and dynamic in sessions, fully engaged in your journey. Together, we'll navigate laughter, tears, anger, and joy, facilitating healing. Committed to providing psychological support, I help uncover insights into past traumas and current struggles.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am deeply committed to fighting social inequality. I embrace anti-racist beliefs and practices, continuously educating myself on the complexities of colonization. Understanding my own privileges, I strive to enhance my support for others. I firmly believe that true freedom requires universal recognition and acknowledgment. In my care, I prioritize cultural sensitivity and empathetic understanding. As a staunch ally, I affirm all LGBTQIA2+ identities. I am dedicated to destigmatizing mental health, particularly within BIPOC and LatinX(o,a,e) communities. It's my mission to ensure these communities receive the resources and support they deserve through my healing work.
