About My Clients
I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, deep feelers, and overthinkers who feel stuck. They may struggle with low self-esteem, body image, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from themself. Many of my clients are navigating identity questions, trauma, or relationship challenges and are craving real, lasting change. My specialty areas include ADHD, PTSD and trauma, late-diagnosed Autism, couples counseling, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and self-esteem and self-worth.
My Background and Approach
I offer a compassionate, affirming space for individuals and couples to explore what’s getting in the way of living more fully and authentically. Whether you're trying to heal from painful past experiences, break old habits, or simply figure out who you are now, I tailor our work to meet you where you're at now, not where you're “supposed” to be. My therapeutic style is rooted in empathy, empowerment, and inclusivity. In our sessions, you can expect a safe and supportive environment where you're encouraged to share your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I draw from evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, Gottman Method couples counseling, and ACT, and I tailor our treatment to meet your unique needs. Beyond talk therapy, I integrate somatic approaches like yoga therapy and EMDR into my work to foster holistic healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As someone who identifies as queer, I know how important it is to feel safe, seen, and respected, especially in therapy. I work with people from all backgrounds to explore who they are and what they need in their lives and relationships. Together, we’ll look at how past and present experiences are impacting you, and find ways to help you feel more empowered and connected.
