About My Clients

Many of my clients are high performers, people-pleasers, or those who struggle with codependency. On the outside, they look dependable and accomplished, but inside they often feel anxious, drained, or unseen. They give so much to others that their own needs get lost. In therapy, we explore these patterns with care—helping you reconnect with yourself, set healthier boundaries, and create relationships built on balance, authenticity, and trust.

My Background and Approach

Over time, I’ve seen how relationships can become both our greatest source of comfort and our deepest source of stress. Patterns we’ve learned from family, past partners, or even the pressures of work often sneak into our closest connections—sometimes leaving us feeling unseen, unheard, or stuck in cycles we don’t want to repeat. In our work together, we’ll slow down and look closely at those dynamics. What happens in your body when conflict arises? How do old wounds show up in the present? Which parts of you long for closeness, and which parts pull away when things feel too vulnerable? My practice has centered on helping people explore the layers beneath relationship struggles—whether with a partner, family, or themselves. We’ll pay attention to the stories your mind tells, the ways your emotions move through you, and the patterns that keep playing out. As you begin to recognize these threads, new possibilities for connection, intimacy, and self-trust can emerge.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy is about more than fixing problems—it’s about building skills, reshaping patterns, and learning to thrive in ways that feel authentic. My orientation blends evidence-based approaches like DBT, ACT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, all grounded in the belief that growth happens when we can pause, notice our patterns, and choose new ones. Like many of my clients, I’ve lived the tension between performance and wellbeing. After over a decade in the finance world, I saw firsthand how stress, burnout, and relationship struggles creep in when boundaries blur. Those lessons shape my work today: I help high performers slow down enough to hear themselves, strengthen their relationships, and find balance without losing their edge. Therapy with me is collaborative, non-judgmental, and practical. Expect a mix of insight, skills you can use right away, and a safe space to explore the deeper “why” behind your patterns. You don’t have to keep running on autopilot.
