I believe each session should be individualized to meet your specific needs and goals. The therapeutic relationship and environment are very important in setting a solid foundation for the therapeutic process. We will use these foundations to work collaboratively toward your goals.
My Background and Approach
I work from an open-minded perspective with roots in cognitive behavioral theory and acceptence commitment therapy. My main concern is the client's wellness and fulfillment in life. I understand that my life experiences may not be the same as yours, but I approach therapy from your perspective, so we can address things from the same understanding. Therapy can seem scary when you don’t know what to expect. That’s why I am here to help ease you into things and start where you are comfortable.
