About My Clients

I work with high-capacity women whose lives look fine on paper but no longer feel sustainable to live. Many are entrepreneurs, professionals, leaders, caregivers, or deeply responsible people navigating burnout, trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, overfunctioning, and major life transitions. They’re often exhausted by the pressure of holding everything together and sensing that something has to change—even if they don’t fully trust what comes next yet.

My Background and Approach

Most of the people I work with are used to being the capable one, whether they asked for it or not. By the time they get to therapy, their life often still “works” from the outside, but internally something feels unsustainable. They’re exhausted by the pressure of holding everything together, and increasingly aware that the way they’ve been functioning is costing them something. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and systems-aware. I don’t see burnout, overfunctioning, perfectionism, or anxiety as purely individual problems to optimize your way out of. Together, we look at how your nervous system, relationships, history, identity, and the systems you’re moving through have shaped the ways you’ve learned to survive, perform, lead, and care for others. I integrate an anti-oppressive lens, EMDR, somatic work, parts work, and attachment-based therapy in a way that is collaborative, direct, and tailored to you. This work is not about becoming more productive or better at

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe our struggles don’t happen in a vacuum, and neither does healing. Many of the people I work with are trying to function inside systems that were never built with their humanity in mind—systems that reward overwork, self-sacrifice, perfectionism, and disconnection from our own needs. Over time, those pressures become internalized as beliefs about worth, responsibility, productivity, and who we’re allowed to be. My work is grounded in anti-oppression, healing justice, and a systems-aware lens that acknowledges how forms of systemic harm shape our nervous systems, relationships, and identities. Part of the work is not just healing symptoms, but untangling from the oppressive beliefs and survival strategies we’ve had to adopt in order to survive. I support movements for liberation and social justice. For me, therapy is about helping people build lives, relationships, and communities that feel more honest, sustainable, connected, and fully their own.
