My Background and Approach
My goal is to help you explore the underlying emotions and core beliefs that create distress in your life. I use attachment-based theory to help you improve your communication style, ask for your needs, and find/create healthy, long-lasting relationships. What gets me out of bed in the morning is the ability to create a safe stigma & judgment-free space for you to explore the multifaceted dimensions of who you are, what you value, and how your thoughts impact your well-being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My stance as a queer, non-binary feminist support my multiculturally sensitive and strengths-based approach. I welcome clients of all identities and intersections, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and persons with disabilities.
