Our lackluster sex education system has failed many of us, leaving you with shame, discomfort, and anxiety around the topics of sex and relationships. Of course you’re feeling lost, frustrated, or ill-equipped to attend to the relational and sexual domains of your life. You deserve a secure space to explore these vulnerable areas as well as strengthen your connection with your body, your mind, your partner(s), and larger societal systems that influence how you behave and think about intimacy.

Your unique lived experiences and learnings have informed your relationship with yourself and sexuality today, which is why the support you will (and deserve) to receive is specifically tailored to you – not a “one size fits all” or cookie cutter approach. You will have access to a sex-positive, non-judgmental space that ensures you will feel safe and comfortable exploring vulnerable topics, experiences, and beliefs. Your humor and humanity are very much welcome here! If you’re interested in improving communication skills and intimacy, exploring new or emerging aspects of one's sexual identity (e.g., consensual non-monogamy, kink, etc.), navigating desire discrepancies, reinventing your approach to modern dating, and, ultimately, understanding how to live your most authentic sexual life, then look no further.
