About My Clients
Do you struggle to trust yourself, or validate your own needs and feelings? Did you grow up with an unavailable, unpredictable, or critical parent? Often, we're navigating relationships, dating, family conflict, career choices, and their desires for the future.
My Background and Approach
I work from a trauma informed, attachment based, and relationally psychodynamic approach, and deeply value the intelligence of the body. I provide EMDR, effective in bringing relief to the pain and symptoms associated with specific traumas or chronic traumatic patterns. I integrate practical tools according to each client's need.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Outside of my work as a therapist, I love art, design, decorating, learning about nutrition, spirituality, and traveling. Choosing a therapist can feel like a daunting task.
