I specialize in helping women and teen girls (15+) who are facing challenges with anxiety, self-esteem, relationships and trauma, lead to more fulfilling lives. I work holistically to help you heal and have a rich and full life. This means I treat you as a whole person by engaging your mind, body, emotion and soul in the healing process. With a trauma-informed lens, I guide you to develop a healthier sense of self, and healthier relational patterns. My style is gentle and collaborative, I’ll provide tools and coping skills to help you cultivate self-compassion and improve communication, empowering you to break free from limiting patterns and feel secure in yourself and relationships.

I believe that everyone deserves to love and be loved. To find deeper meaning and empathy, it's important that you first find deeper connection with yourself. Whether you need help easing constant worries, feeling more in-tune with yourself, or building deeper relationships, improvement is possible with an alignment of mind, body and soul. You can change and grow at anytime in your life. My goal is to truly listen to you, walk with you and gently begin the process of moving forward towards a positive transformation.
