Depression affects millions of US adults each year. Whether caused by a traumatic event, life changes, genetics, or substance use - depression is very treatable. I use a combination of narrative and cognitive behavioral therapies to uncover the cause of the depression and develop strategies to overcome it.

Anxiety is the most common mental health concern in the US. It is best treated using cognitive behavioral therapy where we will disrupt negative thought patterns and develop new skills to implement when you notice your anxiety is triggered.
