About My Clients

You don’t have to navigate stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma, life transitions, or chronic health challenges alone. I provide a supportive, compassionate space for adults, including founders, first responders, and clinicians, to feel heard, understood, and empowered. Using a holistic, person-centered approach, we’ll work together to strengthen resilience, improve emotional well-being, and create meaningful, lasting change that aligns with your goals and values.

My Background and Approach

I believe seeking therapy takes courage, and I strive to honor that vulnerability by creating a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe being your authentic self. Together, we’ll explore difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you while building on your strengths and increasing awareness of your needs. I recognize that every person’s experiences, identities, and challenges are unique, and I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and understood. I also incorporate mindfulness, humor, and your personal interests to help foster connection, comfort, and emotional safety throughout the therapeutic process.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy is not about “fixing” someone, but about creating a space where people feel safe enough to better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and move toward meaningful change. I believe healing looks different for everyone and that growth is rarely linear. My approach is rooted in authenticity, collaboration, and compassion, with the understanding that each person brings unique experiences, identities, strengths, and challenges into the therapy space. I value the connection between mind and body and believe emotional well-being is shaped by many factors, including relationships, stress, physical health, and environment. I also recognize the importance of comfort and grounding in therapy, which may occasionally include my dogs making an appearance to offer a calming and regulating presence during sessions. Above all, I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
