My Background and Approach
With training in psychodynamic therapy and trauma-responsive social work, I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, relational challenges, trauma and depression. I provide a supportive space to explore the roots of distress, build self-understanding, and foster meaningful change through reflection, connection, and care.
