Just as there are a range of people with different personalities and different challenges, there is a range of therapeutic approaches I will utilize that best suits you and your needs. I do not believe that therapy is a one size fits all or linear process. Therapy is a collaborative experience that develops a variety of skills for the client to build fulfillment, confidence, and joy.
My Background and Approach
I don’t use therapy as a cold clinical space but a warm and supportive opportunity to have an honest conversation with someone you can trust. I utilize Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, NET, Gottman, and other therapeutic techniques to address anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, life transitions, work related stressors, relationship issues, etc.
