I specialize in guiding POC and LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples towards nurturing healthier relationships. Many of you are high achievers accustomed to juggling numerous responsibilities. Yet, you might find yourselves grappling with stress, burnout, or feelings of being underappreciated.
