I believe that as a diagnosis may be a way to summarize your symptoms each of us are much more than that. We are made up of a body, feelings, perceptions, mental formations, and a consciousness.
My Background and Approach
I believe that past traumas or hurts need healing and transformation. I am always honored to be a part of this journey, this process. I really enjoy connecting with my clients, and by way of forming a real relationship this is an essential ingredient in the process. Other important ingredients are timing, effort, vulnerability, and open-mindedness.
