About My Clients
I work primarily with young adults; individuals finding their way after high school, whether in college or graduate school or navigating the work force. My clinical experience is centered on managing those difficult life transitions, relationships, and family issues with a diagnostic focus on depression, anxiety, and ADHD.
My Background and Approach
I have an academic background and Masters degrees in both psychology and social work. My work is centered on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but I draw from lots of different philisophies such as attachment theory, integrated family systems, and trauma informed practices.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves to have meaningful connections in their lives as a way to facilitate growth and change and the therapeutic relationship can be a very important link in peoples' lives. I believe in justice and work to advocate for meaningful change.
