I’ve been in the mental health field for over 10 years, currently I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, and more. I use a variety of proven approaches tailored to your needs, including CBT, mindfulness, Schema Therapy, ACT, EFT (great for couples), and more. My toolbox helps people from all walks of life feel more empowered, understood, and supported. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Walking the Talk: I’m not just a therapist—I’ve lived it. I’ve faced anxiety, depression, and ADHD myself, so I understand the ups and downs of healing. My mission is to help clients build lasting tools for mental wellness, not just short-term fixes. A Bit About Me: I’m proudly of Mexican descent and passionate about women’s rights, empathy, and intentional living. I value family, connection, humor, and growth. Outside of work, I’m usually with my dog Benji, watching documentaries, dancing, gardening, or woodworking. Creativity, laughter, and self-care are part of my daily life—I truly practice what I preach.
