About My Clients
I work with adults and couples who feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, anxiety, or disconnection. Many of my clients long for deeper, more secure relationships but struggle with patterns that began early in life: overthinking, people-pleasing, or withdrawal. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationship challenges, or the lingering impact of past experiences, I offer a calm, nonjudgmental space to explore and grow toward a greater sense of emotional safety and connection.
My Background and Approach
My work integrates mindfulness, somatic therapy, and attachment repair through the Three Pillars Model, a research-supported approach that helps people cultivate secure attachment and emotional balance. Drawing from both Eastern contemplative traditions and Western psychology, I help clients develop awareness of the mind-body connection, release old protective patterns, and reconnect with their natural capacity for presence and love. Before becoming a therapist, I studied coaching, meditation, and martial arts (tai chi) which informs my holistic view of growth and resilience. Clients describe my style as warm, grounded, and collaborative. Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating relationship stress, or seeking a more authentic sense of self, our work together supports gentle, lasting transformation from the inside out.
