About My Clients
Hello, we are a group practice primarily specializing in working with peripartum families in the San Diego area. We have a diverse group of professionals that can meet the needs of the community including bilingual (Spanish-speaking) providers. We approach those entering therapy with compassion and understanding while integrating evidenced-based models to help create meaningful change and achieve client-driven therapeutic goals.
My Background and Approach
We work with individuals and couples experiencing life transitions, anxiety and depression, perinatal mental health, couple/relational challenges, loss and other life distressing events (trauma). We are passionate about supporting the perinatal community and have specialized training in treating Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. Our psychotherapists have a range of expertise please reach out to us and we can help connect you with a therapist.

Well-Mamas Mission To provide access to education, support, and therapeutic healing to nurture, thrive and influence the overall wellness of mothers and their growing families. Well-Mamas Counseling is therapeutic space where individuals in different phases of their mothering journey can be supported by mental health professionals to overcome the challenges of the many transitions that happen in life. Our goal is to support families in forming authentic relationships.
