Problems with anxiety, depression, grief, and relationships can be relentless and frustrating to deal with. I work with people who want to take back some of the power that these problems have robbed them of so they can live the lives that they want on their own terms.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value the health of this planet and the beings living on it, and I find meaning and comfort in making choices that align with that value everyday. I volunteer with Spark the Change, which provides free therapy to those who want and need it but cannot access or afford it.
