My Background and Approach
As a therapist, I am authentic, relational, compassionate and direct. I believe that you are the expert in your life and what I bring to our collaboration is training and experience to help you reflect, examine and challenge yourself. I completed my advanced clinical training hours working with children and focusing on developmental trauma and early attachment wounds. I have experience working with children and adults in a variety of settings including schools, psychiatric hospitals and outpatient therapy settings. I also have experience working with individuals with Narcissistic and Borderline personality traits, and their loved ones. I work with clients to develop individualized care calling upon treatment modalities such as dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and EMDR.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about helping women navigate the most important relationships in their lives. I love to use my knowledge to help women form stronger bonds with their children and to set firmer interpersonal boundaries to feel empowered and fulfilled in their lives.
