My Background and Approach
I work with those who struggle with depressive symptoms, anxiety and loss. I have over 15 years of experience in understanding human behavior. I work with anyone struggling with major change, self-esteem, self-worth and women issues. I also work with those struggling with PTSD and trauma, including physical and sexual abuse. I also work with couples who are struggling to survive affairs or cope with personality conflicts or major changes in their unions. I work with those struggling with anger and aggression, conflict resolution, family dysfunction and maladaptive coping to significant distress in their lives. Modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Person Centered, Strength-Based Approach, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Structural Family, Strategic Family Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
That we are always evolving and we can embrace change, even it’s scary. It can open you up many unexpected possibilities while you develop into a new and improved version of self. It doesn’t take confidence. Just courage and a little bit of faith!!!
