My warm yet direct approach will help you feel validated and understood, but challenged enough to get outside of your comfort zone and start living the life you want.
I have been a therapist for over 12 years, specializing in trauma, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, self-harm and OCD. I use an eclectic approach, matching my interventions to each client’s needs. I consider each client’s culture, strengths and resources in my work. My primary therapeutic orientations, however, are EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I also provide clinical supervision to unlicensed therapists looking to gain their clinical hours to submit to the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health.
