About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and challenges related to sex and intimacy. Many of my clients come in carrying experiences that feel hard to talk about or that have been misunderstood in other spaces. My goal is to provide a safe, grounded place where you can process past experiences, reduce anxiety, and build practical coping tools that support real growth in your day-to-day life.
My Background and Approach
I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy and am knowledgeable about consensual non-monogamy and kink/BDSM. I understand that sexuality, identity, and relationships can be deeply complex and often stigmatized. In our work together, you will not be judged for who you are, what you desire, or how you structure your relationships. Instead, we will explore what feels aligned, safe, and healthy for you. I am a graduate student and intern therapist at Fearlessly Authentic Psychology. I am currently completing my master’s degree. I use evidence-based approaches and continually learn and train so that the care I provide is up to date, responsive, and ethically grounded. In session, I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and person-centered approaches. This means we might work with your thoughts and behaviors, build emotion regulation and distress tolerance skills, and center your values and lived experience as we create change you can actually notice.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you have felt misunderstood, judged, or unsure where to begin. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you are looking for a collaborative, thoughtful space to explore what is getting in the way of the life you want, I would be glad to talk and see if we might be a good fit. I am committed to ongoing learning around mental health, sexuality, relationships, and identity. Staying engaged with new research, trainings, and perspectives helps me show up as a grounded, informed, and flexible therapist in training. I also make space to recharge, connect with people who are important to me, and engage in the things that help me feel centered. All of this supports the way I practice. When you meet with me, you are meeting someone who is genuinely invested in your well-being, who respects your story and your boundaries, and who is honored to walk with you as you work toward a life that feels more like your own.
