With over 20 years of experience and advanced clinical training, I bring both professional expertise and lived insight to the therapy room. As a master’s-level, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (licensed in Colorado, Washington, and Oregon) and a Certified Couples and Sex Therapy Informed Professional, I offer guidance rooted in humility and hard-earned wisdom from my own relational journey. Using an integrative approach to both relationship and sex therapy, I support clients in building emotional resilience, enhancing sexual satisfaction, fostering open communication, and cultivating deeper intimacy. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
When I was a child, my mother gave me a record called Free to Be… You and Me by Marlo Thomas. It was filled with stories, poems, and songs that celebrated individuality, challenged the norms of the time, and encouraged us to embrace both our uniqueness and our shared humanity. I absolutely loved it. That message stuck with me—and today, it’s at the heart of my work. I’m passionate about helping others feel free to be who they truly are in every area of their lives. No matter where you are right now or what challenges you’re facing, life offers endless opportunities for growth, connection, and fulfillment.
