I help people struggling with navigating a world that feels like it's not built for them. Whether it's working through gender/sexuality issues, trauma, or figuring out how to be in the world without drugs and alcohol, I work with folks to strengthen their own inner wisdom in order to walk through the world whole and confident with a sense of belonging.
My Background and Approach
I have worked in the mental health field since 2003 and got my MSW in 2010. I have a wide range of experience from community mental health to for profit substance abuse, as well as wilderness therapy and hospice. I am not here to "fix" anyone. I will partner with you to discover who you are, who you want to be, and what is getting in the way. I use a client centered approach focusing on safety and acceptance.
