About My Clients
I imagine you found your way here because there is something in your life that feels off or causes you or your loved ones distress and I am here to say you are not alone. With a passion for helping those struggling with interpersonal issues, relationships and family dynamics I have a specialization working with family systems regardless of the age of the individuals (it’s never too late to work through issues!) I have extra specialization and experience working with teenage and young adults.
My Background and Approach
A little bit more about me! I graduated Cum Laude from Simmons College School of Social Work in Boston, MA with my MSW and received my undergraduate degree from Stonehill College in Easton, MA. I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings with children 3-17 years old, adults 18+ years old, couples and families. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years experience, I employ a wide range of therapeutic modalities and techniques but my favorite is Internal Family Systems which can be applied to individual issues, or couples/family work.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe anyone can benefit from therapy, and while many people face similar issues surrounding their family relationships, I view each person, couple and family I work with as unique, and will work alongside you to create an individualized plan to support and strengthen your family bonds. Together, we can navigate the challenges and conflicts that arise, and create a harmonious and loving environment for everyone. With my expertise and compassionate approach, I am dedicated to helping you build meaningful connections and cultivate a healthy family dynamic.
