Are you struggling with addiction or a maladaptive behavior that has been difficult to let go of? Having re-occurring panic attacks, anxiety, or are in a constant state of dread? I do know the feeling, and have spent the past ten years of my life researching and practicing tools and skills that I hope to teach you to return to your fullest self.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in addiction, eating disorders, mood disorders, and trauma informed care. For those with addiction, I am versatile in my approach to recovery including methodology from Buddhist based, harm reduction, and other evidence-based practices. I want you to be able to have tools at your disposable to deal with stressors present in your daily life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves trauma informed, evidence based, and compassionate care. I consider myself an ally for those of racial or gender minorities. Providing care to my clients is a deeply personal endeavor and I strive to give my clients a transformative experience.
