About My Clients
Do you feel stuck or lost? Are you burnt out and overwhelmed? Maybe you feel like you've tried everything and you're still anxious or depressed. No matter where you are, change is possible. I specialize in counseling women who want to overcome unhelpful patterns and understand themselves in a new way. I also support pregnant women and moms as they navigate motherhood, with special training to support women experiencing postpartum depression and anxiety.
My Background and Approach
I'm here to help you create a space full of compassion where you can be your truest self. For the past 15 years as an educator, a mentor, and now as a licensed mental health counselor, I've helped women of all ages as they've faced life's transitions and struggles . I believe everyone deserves to thrive and that every person has inherent worth. You are the center of your own story, so I position myself as a guide and a safe space. Using a holistic approach, I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy, somatic experiencing, and emotional regulation practice to help you deeply experience your present and change unhelpful patterns.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person has inherent worth and value, and that self-compassion is the foundation of all healing. My greatest honor is being trusted by women of all ages with their most personal fears, shame, worries, and traumas.
