About My Clients
My clients are often thoughtful, responsible, and high-functioning people who are navigating relationship wounds, betrayal, difficult family dynamics, or patterns they understand but struggle to change. They come to therapy seeking deeper self-understanding, greater self-trust, and healthier, more secure relationships.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in helping clients heal from betrayal, relationship wounds, difficult family dynamics, and the impact of emotionally immature or harmful relationships. I also work with couples who are navigating trust ruptures, emotional disconnection, conflict, or intimacy concerns. My couples work integrates Gottman Method Couples Therapy and attachment-based approaches to help partners understand their patterns, rebuild connection, and create more secure relationships. My clinical approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on understanding the experiences that shaped you. I draw from evidence-based therapies including EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), attachment-based approaches, and family systems frameworks to help clients make sense of their experiences, develop healthier patterns, and create meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves a therapy space where they feel respected, understood, and free from judgment. I strive to create an affirming environment for clients of all identities, backgrounds, and relationship structures, including LGBTQ+ clients and those exploring questions of identity, intimacy, and relationships. I approach conversations about sexuality, relationships, and personal values with curiosity and openness. My goal is not to impose a particular way of living, but to help clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and what feels authentic and meaningful for their lives.
