My Background and Approach
I have been a social worker for twenty years helping people across the lifespan. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy. These frameworks help you expand your awareness, accept your feelings, move toward what matters to you, and treat yourself kindly.

I believe everyone has strengths they can build upon. We can start with your strengths and you can move on to learning new skills. We are a collaborative team and you get to decide what goals are important to you.
