My Background and Approach
As an integrative practitioner, with a strengths-based, goal-driven lens, I use many modalities to support our work together. Among them are: Solution Focused, Attachment, Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness. This can change from client to client, as I personalize my approach depending upon the unique needs of each person.

My passion driving this work is supporting individuals & couples on the journey toward self-actualization. As a clinician, one of my greatest strengths is the diverse professional and personal experiences I bring to my work with clients. I am a parent to an amazing daughter. My decades-long career spans industries such as education, entertainment, and financial services. Before that, I graduated from UCSB with a degree in psychology and have finally achieved my goal of practicing as an associate marriage and family therapist. The combination of my life and work experiences are what allow me to understand and have genuine empathy for your experiences, challenges, hopes, and dreams.
