About My Clients
Many of my clients are individuals, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship conflict, or communication concerns. You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. I help clients better understand what is getting in the way, strengthen communication, manage difficult emotions, and develop practical strategies that fit their lives and relationships so they can move forward with greater confidence and balance.
How I Can Help You
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with experience working with people facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, communication difficulties, grief, and life transitions. My approach is supportive, practical, and collaborative, with training in evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and solution-focused interventions. I help clients better understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck while also building practical skills they can use in everyday life. This may include learning ways to manage anxiety and difficult emotions, improve communication, work through conflict, or strengthen relationships. I believe therapy should feel useful and personalized, and I work with clients to develop strategies that fit their needs, values, and goals. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, my goal is to provide a welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and able to make meaningful changes.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people do their best when they feel heard, respected, and supported. I work to create a welcoming and affirming space where clients from all backgrounds can feel comfortable being themselves. I value compassion, authenticity, respect, and meeting people where they are without judgment. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, and caring for my two dogs and cat. I value balance, connection, and making time for the things that help life feel meaningful. I also believe that change does not always have to happen all at once. Sometimes small, practical changes can make a meaningful difference in how we feel, how we relate to others, and how we handle difficult situations.
