About My Clients
You’re looking for someone who is direct and honest, and who helps you understand psychological concepts to support your growth both in and out of sessions. You want a therapist who sees your uniqueness, helps ease shame and insecurity, and brings genuine humanity—sharing their own experiences when it helps you grow.
My Background and Approach
While I formally studied Transpersonal Psychology, my work with clients is primarily existential and humanistic. I view struggles and traumas as platforms for growth—your challenges do not define you. By cultivating enthusiasm for personal growth, difficulties can become opportunities to explore new ways of relating to the world, fostering greater peace and contentment. As a social species, healthy attachments to friends and partners are essential, and learning to navigate interpersonal challenges can be deeply rewarding. I integrate mindfulness practices and draw from diverse spiritual traditions and philosophies, offering multiple lenses for understanding experience. There is no single path to truth—together, we’ll find your intersection of freedom and destiny.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we are inherently whole, and the work of psychology is to help clear the barriers—trauma, societal conditioning, and limiting beliefs—that obscure that wholeness. True growth comes from exploring your uniqueness, embracing your strengths, and learning to navigate life on your own terms. Functioning “normally” in a sick society is not health. Society may or may not validate your way of being, but therapy can help you reconnect with yourself, cultivate self-compassion, and discover your own path to freedom, insight, and fulfillment. By integrating mindfulness, relational work, and diverse philosophical perspectives, we can explore your truth and create a life aligned with your deepest values.
