About My Clients
I love working with people of all ages, identities, and life experiences. With a background as a visual artist, I bring creativity into IFS, trauma processing, and dream work. We won’t just focus on symptoms! Instead, we will gently explore root causes, deepen insight, and reconnect you with the parts of yourself that need care, clarity, and compassion.
My Background and Approach
I approach each person with creativity, curiosity, and an appreciation for the symbolic inner world. I often integrate art-informed methods, Internal Family Systems, trauma processing, and dream work to help clients connect with the parts of themselves that need understanding and care. I especially enjoy supporting people navigating complex family dynamics, grief, or periods of transition. I also bring a professional background in oncology support (working with cancer patients and their caregivers), so I feel well-equipped to hold space for the full spectrum of pain, uncertainty, and overwhelm that can come with illness, caretaking, or major life stressors. My goal is to offer a warm and steady presence where you feel seen, supported, and free to explore whatever arises.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all people have innate worth and dignity. As a member of the queer community, I hold a deep awareness of the ways systems of oppression, marginalization, and shame can shape our inner world. In my work, I find it essential to name these forces; not to define you by them, but to build resilience, self-trust, and a stronger sense of belonging. I see the therapeutic relationship as a powerful space where we can gently challenge the narratives that have kept you small or silent. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you reconnect with your inherent value and feel free to grow into the fullest, most authentic version of yourself.
