About My Clients
My individual clients are open to awakening, healing, and personal growth. Some are struggling in a relationship, challenged by a major transition, burdened by anxiety, or plagued by panic. Others are derailed by depression, craving a career pivot that can offer greater purpose and meaning, have a deep desire to spark their creativity, or follow their hearts in work, love, and life.
My Background and Approach
Whether you aspire to learn, heal, or grow, I can offer a quiet, comforting, and safe place along with gentle guidance using what I have learned from my own life lessons and experiences to help you pause, reflect, and engage your natural strengths, innate wisdom, and deep-rooted resilience in the pursuit of positive change, inner peace, and passionate living. Using an existential approach to therapy that draws from cognitive, behavioral, and mindfulness practices along with insights from the Enneagram, we can explore new and empowering ways for you to navigate your everyday demands, overcome difficulties, and attend to your feelings as well as discover your true nature, ponder new perspectives and possibilities, clarify your values, and do what matters. In-Office, Online (Telehealth), or Phone sessions available.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I know change is possible; I see it in my clients' lives every day. I also believe your journey to greater fulfillment in life will – unavoidably and in time -- ask for your willingness, courage, and vulnerability coupled with an unwavering commitment to the pursuit of your true potential at a pace that’s just right for you. Yet, I am certain this endeavor is not one you must go alone. There is not only the enlivening sense of connection that comes from asking for support, but also the gradual emergence of an authentic, wholehearted way of being and a more gratifying experience of life, despite its inevitable challenges. My most cherished role in life is being a therapist. My personal interests include yoga, meditation, and energy work in addition to studying the Enneagram, spending time with family and friends, and being a devoted student of life.
