About My Clients
Because counseling can be scary and hard work, I believe in creating a space with mutual trust and respect, allowing for deep wounds to be healed. I prefer to work collaboratively with my clients, taking a person/client centered approach which allows my clients to receive specialized care unique to their own personal needs and struggles.
My Background and Approach
When working with clients, I take into account the brain + body connection in all therapy practices, understanding that one cannot be healed without the other. Through these techniques and interventions, I work to relieve trauma, mood, and attachment symptoms that can distress everyday life. I hope at the very least each person leaves my office feeling safe, secure and better understood by themselves and others.
