I specialize in working with men, teenagers, and boys (9+). If this is you, it is my goal to help you overcome the barriers and problems in your life that are keeping you from experiencing the freedom you are desiring.
My Background and Approach
Often times, these problems are the result of trauma from childhood that is still unresolved. Difficulties that we experience early in life often stay with us into adulthood, creating a a myriad of problems including anxiety, PTSD, addiction, depression, lukewarm spirituality, lack of self-confidence, relationship issues, negative coping habits, physical or auto-immune disorders, and more.In my practice, I utilize a number of trauma informed approaches such as Attachment Focused EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you resolve these early childhood traumas.
