About My Clients
I work with driven, sensitive women—often multicultural—who are committed to growth but feel stuck in old patterns. Together, we heal trauma, reclaim voice and balance, and transform obstacles into gateways to deeper wholeness, embodiment, and authenticity.
My Background and Approach
With an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and a B.A. in Anthropology, I bring a blend of insight, intuition, and embodied wisdom to the healing process. My approach integrates Somatic Experiencing, Depth Psychology, Client-Centered Therapy, CBT/Mindfulness, and Women’s Psychology, along with coaching tools for real-life change. I’ve facilitated transformational work across the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and Germany, and appeared on radio, TV, podcasts, and summits. For over 15 years, I’ve walked a path of deep self-inquiry, expression, and healing through the expressive arts, movement, and spirituality. My work is grounded, creative, and collaborative—supporting each client’s authentic unfolding.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe each of us carries an inner blueprint—like an acorn holds the pattern of an oak. My role is to ask thoughtful questions, offer grounded reflection, and support you in aligning with your Highest Path. While exploring the past can bring insight, real transformation requires embodied action. That’s where my coaching and somatic tools come in. I see spirituality as a vital part of healing—defined by you, not any one tradition. I welcome clients of all identities, including LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and Jewish individuals, and hold space for the grief, anger, and resilience that emerge in the face of systemic trauma. I am especially attuned to the complexity of healing for those whose pain is often overlooked or misunderstood—even within progressive spaces. My work centers nuance, dignity, and the full humanity of each person.
