For those experiencing trauma-related issues, I utilize Trauma-Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (TFACT), helping you live in the present, heal the past, and build a brighter future. In addition to ACT, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs.
