About My Clients
You may appear confident on the outside while internally struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, or feeling stuck in familiar patterns. Therapy offers a space to process your experiences and reconnect with parts of yourself that feel unseen. I support individuals navigating people-pleasing, perfectionism, anxiety, or self-criticism. I also help clients experiencing OCD, religious trauma, and relationship challenges. I integrate evidence based CBT, ACT, and parts work in my approach.
My Background and Approach
My approach is rooted in the belief that you are more than your thoughts. As a relational therapist, it is my hope to help support you in reclaiming your narrative and reconnect with your most authentic self. Together, we can explore what has shaped you, identify patterns that keep you stuck, and build on your existing strengths to help you feel more aligned in your purpose. Beginning therapy is the first step in that process, and I am honored to accompany you on this healing journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about the ways in which social and cultural environments influence how we move through the world. Growing up in a large, multicultural family shaped my understanding of the richness and complexity of different lived experiences. I aim to create a space where clients can bring their full selves without feeling the need to minimize or compartmentalize parts of their identity. I believe meaningful healing begins when people feel truly seen, understood, and accepted within the context of their unique story.
