About My Clients
My clients are looking for a real person to connect with. Someone who is down to earth, approachable, but can also provide a different perspective into what they are currently experiencing. My clients are comfortable with letting the process of therapy unfold and wanting to learn how to trust themselves.
My Background and Approach
I have a strong background in career, individual and relationship counseling and pull from these areas to create a holistic, integrative approach. I feel it is important to look at the whole person, their career, and the relationships that are currently in their lives. I feel it is important for people to feel inspired, not motivated. I don't want my clients to feel that they "should" do something to feel better or to attain a certain goal. I want my clients to feel inspired to take action - that it feels like a natural next step. Sometimes these steps can be big and sometimes these steps can be small - but it is ultimately leading the person to where they want to go.
