About My Clients
I work with women, couples, parents, adolescents, children, people with autism, ADHD, learning differences, and persons who are highly sensitive and neurodivergent using a holistic approach.
My Background and Approach
I have over 20 years experience working with children, adolescents, and their parents including a decade of experience as a teacher in special education and as a registered yoga teacher. In our work together I will draw from various therapeutic approaches including somatic therapy, parts therapy, attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral therapy as well as focus on codependency, boundaries work, the whole-brain child, Conscious Discipline, non-violent communication, and radical acceptance. There’s not one right way to do things - everyone is different and our wellness journey together will give you a space to cultivate a life of wholeness-- not to find escape from your life but to build a life you don’t need to escape from.
