About My Clients
I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults who are navigating life transitions and relationships. I currently offer virtual appointments for individual therapy for ages 16+.
My Background and Approach
I aim to provide inclusive and welcoming care without judgment in my therapy practice and have experience working with the LGBTQ+ community in this setting. My approach in sessions includes building on your existing strengths and learning effective ways to cope with what you are experiencing, whether it be symptoms of depression, anxiety or everyday stressors in life. I look forward to working with you on the goals you have for where you are in your life and taking it one step at a time.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy is a judgement free space for you to learn about yourself and grow as an individual. I engage in education and training around supporting the communities I work with. I have been a member of the Human Rights Campaign since 2017 and continue to support their efforts to fight for rights and create a safe environment for all.
