About My Clients
I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. I also support individuals managing chronic or severe mental health conditions. I am committed to providing affirming, inclusive care, particularly for LGBTQ+ clients, and creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported.
My Background and Approach
Over the past 7 years, I have worked with individuals navigating crises, managing chronic mental health conditions, and addressing complex emotional and life challenges. My approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in compassion. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I believe in creating a structured yet flexible space where clients can build insight, develop practical coping skills, and explore deeper patterns. I prioritize meeting you where you are, while helping you move toward meaningful and sustainable change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when you feel both supported and gently challenged. Growth doesn’t come from judgment—it comes from curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to try something different. I see each client as the expert of their own experience, and my role is to guide, support, and offer perspective. I value creating a space where you can be fully yourself while also working toward meaningful change. Healing is not linear, and I respect the pace and process that is right for you.
