My Background and Approach
Compassion, support, and empowerment are at the center of my practice. I work from a holistic, client-centered perspective and through a collaborative process. Using an eclectic approach helps me apply techniques that best apply to your personal history and goals set in therapy. I am passionate about teaching effective coping skills, providing psychoeducation, guiding the adjustment of unstable thoughts and behaviors, working through trauma, and meeting goals to live a higher quality of life.
