My Background and Approach
I have an extensive background working with youth who are navigating symptoms of complex trauma, anxiety and depression. I utilize an integrative approach in my practice, which includes CBT, DBT, strengths based, motivational interviewing and talk therapy. I blend years of experience, education, and professional training with insight and compassion.
