My Background and Approach
If you often find yourself feeling out of place or struggling inside—even though other people think you have it all together—I can help. I work with individual adults who want Internal Family Systems and depth therapy for anxiety and early attachment trauma. This can include concerns around identity, relationships, life transitions, overthinking, people-pleasing, self-doubt, boundaries, burnout, and self-criticism. My style is active, spacious, and focused on supporting you in slowing down, tuning into yourself, and accessing the healing wisdom that thrives within you. I take an integrative approach with my clients, blending mindfulness and somatic (embodied) awareness with relational/psychodynamic and Internal Family Systems therapy. Together, we'll connect the dots between your upbringing and the strategies you took on to cope with it, and you’ll discover new ways of easing the tensions that keep you stuck.
