About My Clients

We might be a good fit if you want help with clarifying your needs in relationship, getting out of it what you're putting in, or deciding whether you even want one; setting healthy boundaries around your time, emotional energy, or activities; navigating life after the loss of a person, job, relationship, or life stageā€”or anticipating a difficult transition; or letting go of behavioral patterns based in relational trauma or childhood emotional neglect.

My Background and Approach

I specialize in helping you process and create new strategies to address the childhood wounds that hold you back in your life, career, or relationships. I enjoy supporting people interested in insight-based depth therapy, particularly Black and multiracial adults, motherless daughters, Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs), creatives, adult children of narcissistic or emotionally unavailable parents, and helping professionals. My style is nonjudgmental, supportive, and attentive to what lies beneath the surface of our conversations. My clinical style blends relational/analytic, mindfulness-based, and Internal Family Systems approaches. I'm a Level 3-trained Certified IFS therapist.
