About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients are navigating relationship stress, communication struggles, life transitions, anxiety, or burnout. Some are seeking clarity; others are rebuilding trust or learning how to show up differently for themselves and their relationships. My clients value honesty, growth, and a supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and challenged in a healthy way.
My Background and Approach
I am a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) with a background in working with individuals, couples, and families navigating stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My work is grounded in the belief that people do the best they can with what they know—and that meaningful change becomes possible when insight is paired with practical tools. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and direct. I draw from evidence-based practices while tailoring therapy to each client’s unique experiences, values, and goals. I focus on building emotional awareness, improving communication, strengthening boundaries, and addressing patterns that keep people feeling stuck. Therapy is a space where clients can slow down, be honest, and feel supported while also being gently challenged to grow. I strive to create a safe, respectful environment where clients feel empowered to make lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe meaningful growth happens when people feel accepted, respected, and understood. I value authenticity, accountability, and compassion, and I strive to bring those qualities into both my personal life and my work as a therapist. I believe people are capable of change, even when patterns feel deeply ingrained, and that progress often comes in small, steady steps rather than quick fixes. Outside of my work, I value connection, family, and personal growth. I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, staying active, and finding moments of balance in a busy life. I believe in the importance of self-care, boundaries, and learning to listen to both our needs and our limits. These beliefs shape how I show up in the therapy space—grounded, present, and supportive—while honoring each client’s values, experiences, and pace.
