About My Clients
I work with Teens (16+), College Students, Young Professionals and Adults. I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Stress Management, LGBTQIA+, Self-Esteem, Grief/Loss, and Relationship Issues. I offer individual therapy.
My Background and Approach
I earned my MSW from Missouri State University. I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been practicing since 2017. I have spent time in several roles including working in crisis intervention, crisis management, care management, utilization management, training and therapy. After this wide range of experiences, I have discovered that there is nothing more rewarding than meeting people where they are in the moment and working with them on that next step in therapy. I utilize an eclectic person-centered approach to therapy on multiple theoretical orientations and techniques including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Clinical areas of interest include sexuality, identity, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss and relationship issues. I offer individual therapy.

I shape my approach to your unique situations, feelings, and emotions. I draw from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to guide clinical interventions. I believe in working with you to accept the things outside of your control and strive to empower your commitment and actions towards the things you can control. We will work together to align your values with the type of rich and meaningful life you desire.
